Booths were looking to improve their perception around their use of local sourced ingredients and come up with new ways to engage with their customers. The project involved developing recipes that showcased locally sourced Booths ingredients and the supporting brochures and in store collateral to ensure the message reached their customers.
The campaigns and ingredients were timed to coincide with Booths trading periods Summer, Spring and Christmas. The Summer campaign focused on great barbecue recipes, Spring included a focus on Mothers Day and Easter and Christmas on party recipes and Christmas Dinner.
As well as highlighting the key ingredients the brochures included competitions and recipes and to ensure customers were engaged I also trained store staff on how to demonstrate key recipes each season for customers to taste.
